The certifications in detail
ISO 27001 – Information Security
ISO 27001 is the international standard for introducing a comprehensive management system for information security. It defines requirements for the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of information security processes. ISO 9001 – Quality Mangement
ISO 9001 specifies the requirements for a quality management system. The standard is based on the seven basic principles of quality management, including customer orientation, a process-oriented approach, continuous improvement, and fact-supported decision-making. The certification confirms that Skaylink has impemented clear processes to ensure the lasting quality of its services.
ISO 22301 – Business Continuity Management
ISO 22301 certifies that companies have a functioning business continuity management system in place. The aim is to minimize the risk of failure as a result of serious incidents and to ensure the ability to act in critical situations. Unlike traditional risk management, the focus here is on critical key processes to ensure the company’s continued existence.
